Shah Rukh Khan is an Indian actor and film producer who works in Hindi films. He is one of the most successful and popular actors in Bollywood. He was born on 2 November 1965 in New Delhi and made his film debut with Deewana in 1992.
He has won 14 Filmfare Awards, 8 of which are for Best Actor, the most by any actor. He has also received the Padma Shri, the fourth-highest civilian honour of India, in 2005. He married Gauri Chibber in 1991 and they have three children: Aryan, Suhana and AbRam.
